The South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund Board (“SCORF Board”) was created by the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Act, SC Code §11-58-10 et seq., to administer and disburse the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund in accordance with the terms of In re South Carolina Opioid Litigation settlement agreements. Money from the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund will be distributed by the SCORF Board to help address and remediate the impact of the opioid epidemic in South Carolina.

 

Application Date Adjustment for Discretionary Subfunds (DSF)

New Applicants: The application portal will open 11/1/2023 and close 2/15/2024 for applicants who do not have a current DSF Award. A list of current DSF awardees can be found at https://scorf.sc.gov/accountability/fund-recipients.

Current DSF Awardees: The application portal will open 4/1/2023 and close 5/15/2024 for current DSF awardees seeking to request additional funds to continue projects. This adjusted application period will allow for 6 months of performance and data collection from current DSF approved projects to be submitted in support of continuation requests.
